A Blank Page of My Life

Looking back through what I've written, across the time in this space, I see so many changes, pieces, parts of me, some not the most overjoyous, some not a work of art.

Yet overall I find this energy that propells my fingers on the keys. The creeping melody of the tapping of my thoughts, sometimes whismical, sometimes deeply telling of the mysteries I just saw. The silver thread that holds all loosely tied as one is the connection that they have to each other and the people who have inspired them and me.

I love the words that give me power to recall the thoughts and stories. I love the sounds of memories that bring a lifetime back to me. I cherish the music that makes my heart feel colorful.

I stand back in awe that a blank page of my life can become a thing of wonder.

Isn't it an amazing thing to discover that there really is no such thing as a blank page in a persons' life? Each page is designed with silver threads, sound and color that are there for those with eyes to see.

I think about what compels me to write too. Why do I choose some topics and leave others alone? I think about what we will be writing about next year.
I hope the new year is a blessed one for you.

Hi Dawn,
It is amazing to think that we write a new page of our lives every day. And the actions, words, and feelings connection us all.

Hi Rain,
I have those very same kind of thoughts. Why do choose to talk about this? I think the spirit moves us to write about things that needing saying sometimes for us and sometimes for other folks.

I'm so glad you are part of my life, Rain. May your new year find you smiling more than you ever have before.

Not everyone is as blessed to have a book of themselves to go back and read.

Hi Lance,
Thank you, a blessing to look back on a life that I've lived, yes. I have to remember that!

This is anything but speculative to me, it's fact. There was no coincidence the night I googled
"help me find my soul"
and yours was the first site I went to that popped up. I didn't type those words, I felt them with my heart as I read yours in the same manner.
I've sent many too your words since :)

Dsnake,
I am glad you're still blogging, because thought I rarely comment. I do stop by to read you. You add thoughts to the world. They are thoughts that need thinking snd sharing, because people need to experience them in their breadth and their depth and their beauty.
