thanks for the post. i think of how i din't relax during my wreck last week and now i'm paying for it. life too, to me atleast, seems a wreck sometimes, and often i do not relax, but i know i should just relax. breathe. relax. repeat.
Just sitting in my big leather chair over in the corner taking it all in. Thanks for setting me up by the window with all the natural light. Mind if I stay awhile?
Not hard. Like riding a bike. You have to relax nnd get your balance that's all. Then you never forget how. The river will carry you if you let it. Promise. smiles, Liz
Hey Tree, Zen bike riding. Hmmmm now there's a post I haven't done yet. Maybe I'll think about that one this weekend. Tonight is going to be mystical poetry night.
It's nice having you over there watching me work. :)
Life unfolding naturally is as it should be. Thank you, for reminding us, and for causing us to look at situations with a Liz clarity.
You mentioned to Mergrl that “the river will carry you.” brilliant.
Sometimes when I am feeling harried or troubled I find a river or creek to watch. I am certain that troubles float away with the water when we allow ourselves the time to watch the river flow.
Hi writer mom, Nice for me too, to meet someone who "gets it." Have you read "Illusions" by Richard Bach? (It's his only book that I like.) He got it then. If not you should buy it for yourself as an early holiday gift.
This is true. Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do and then let things happen. I do get easily worked up and need such reminders now and then. :)

Hi Hungry,

:-)
Now why else would you think that the chair would be there? I never sit in it.

When I relax and trust
the planet turns without my help
events fall into place on their own
my life unfolds naturally.

so beautifully written and so incredibly hard for me to do :0)

Does someone need bike riding lessons? I may be of some assistance here. :-)
Liz, I do classes in Zen riding too if you would like to join us.
:-)
I'll go back to my chair now.

Hi Lori,
Some of us let the river take us and others try to hold on to the shore and end up with all of that debris that catches there.
Gosh it's good to hear from you.

Liz
Yes, yes. Naturally is best. Hard convincing others of that, but wonderful to meet people who get it.

There's something to be said for 'not' trying to hard :)
Good Morning.
PS: I'm not sure what you said to your word verification the other day but he's muched improved! I can actually read the letters.
Sorry that it took me so long. Somehow I did something magical to my computer and when I went to write you, my computer was writing right to left.
If I could do that on purpose it would be one thing . . . cool, but.
Good morning!!
Actually I had my brothers, Angelo and Pasquale talk to the verification guy. They are much more "persuasive" than I am. :)

We are on the same wave length here Liz. I was thinking this morning about trying too hard. I do that. It can drive people and things away.
Ji Easy,
We can only do what we can do and we should try to do more and beat our selves up when we don't do it.

Liz

Hi Liz,
We all need these reminders now and then.
Oh, you thought I was writing them for you?
smiles,
Liz
Not particularly, but your timing is always right. :)
I was smiling when I said that.
I know that we both tend to be hard on ourselves.

liz
Putting him on the list, thank you.
Oh do, Writer Mom.
It's an afternoon read. I read it aloud with several of my friends. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It's often in the gift book section.
smiles,
Liz
